The problem
Finance leadership at Rest Super wanted to create more space for their team to learn and grow. Engagement survey feedback revealed that day-to-day operational demands were leaving little room for development, and leaders recognised that process improvement was the key to freeing up time.
A project was launched to map processes and identify opportunities, but without the right tools, knowledge, or approach, the team would struggle to make meaningful progress.
Our solution
Learnopolis partnered with Rest Super to build the capability needed to turn ideas into action. Rather than reinvent the wheel, we focused on making the most of what was already available. Two targeted learning paths were curated within LinkedIn Learning (one for leaders and one for team members), tapping into existing resources and minimising cost. These paths guided learners through essential process improvement concepts at their own pace.​

To support practical application, we created a company-wide toolkit containing tools and templates that covered:​

Each tool included a worked example to help learners understand not just the theory, but how to use it in practice, agnostic of their team or function. The toolkit and learning paths were launched first to the project team and then rolled out across Finance. With its broad relevance and accessibility, the toolkit was made available company-wide to support ongoing process improvement efforts.
The outcome
By using what already existed and building capability with purpose, Rest Super enabled their teams to take ownership of process improvement, without the need for costly new training programs. The self-directed learning approach empowered individuals to build their skills at their own pace, while the toolkit ensured they had practical, ready-to-use resources when they needed them. The result? A scalable, sustainable solution that helped unlock time for learning and created a foundation for continuous improvement across the business.
