Learnopolis was founded by Jen and Nicola, award-winning learning professionals with a track record of designing and delivering impactful training.

They first teamed up at Lion, a leading adult beverage company in Australia and New Zealand, where they led the learning strategy for the CFO Portfolio, spanning Finance, Shared Services, IT, Risk Assurance, and Strategy. Over five years, they built skills frameworks, launched a global online learning platform, and developed custom training programs that drove real business impact.
Now, through Learnopolis, they bring that same expertise to organisations seeking learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and results-driven.

Meet the team
Jennifer Kozanic
Hi, I’m Jen, and I’m all about helping teams and organisations unlock their full potential through creative, impactful learning experiences. With over 25 years of experience in both Learning & Development and Finance, I’ve mastered the art of blending strategy, business know-how, and a learner-centered approach to build the skills that drive meaningful results.​

At Learnopolis, I get to work with amazing teams in mid-to-large corporates and government agencies, designing customised learning solutions that create real behaviour change and deliver measurable outcomes.
Before starting Learnopolis, I led capability development at Lion and worked with senior teams at NAB, where I learned the ins and outs of scaling learning, leading diverse teams, and aligning learning outcomes with business goals.​
I’ve spent my career cultivating my curiosity, hunting down opportunities to learn new things, and experimenting with the things I have learnt, all while building strong relationships and delivering solutions that truly make a difference. Now, I’m lucky enough to help clients take their learning to the next level with innovative, easy-to-implement solutions.

Nicola Anderson
Hey, I’m Nicola. I’m committed to creating learning experiences that do more than just teach - they spark real change. With 13 years of experience in Finance (before I saw the light and moved into Learning and Development!), I know how critical it is for teams to keep growing, adapting, and solving problems to stay ahead.
At Learnopolis, I design custom learning solutions that focus on practical, real-world application.
I believe learning should be engaging, interactive, and built to drive results. Whether it’s through active learning, reflection exercises, or challenging team members to think differently, I craft programs that help teams grow, act confidently, and make an impact.

I love blending creativity with strategy to design learning that sticks. From interactive modules to video-based learning and blended programs, I experiment with new tools and techniques to keep things fresh, fun, and effective. My background in finance gives me a unique perspective - I understand the business side and make sure learning aligns with real challenges and goals.
Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. I work closely with clients to co-create learning experiences that don’t just tick a box but truly help teams thrive. I'm proud to say that, along the way, Jen and I have picked up five LearnX Awards, but what excites me most is seeing people build confidence and apply what they’ve learned in ways that make a real difference.
