The problem
HSI DoneSafe is a leading SaaS platform provider whose reseller partners (industry experts, consultants and service providers) are required to have in-depth product knowledge to deliver and support their platform effectively. The platform is highly configurable, with 50+ modules and no-code customisation options within each.

While extensive training content existed, feedback from partners was consistent: the current approach was ad hoc, inconsistent, admin-process centric and lacking in suitable guidance or depth.
Without a clear roadmap, partners struggled to understand the implementation process end-to-end, access the right resources and align with best practices, impacting both implementation efficiency and customer success.
Our solution
Rather than attempt to tackle all 50+ modules at once, we started with a pilot - selecting three standard modules to serve as a blueprint for the rest of the program.
Our approach included:
-
Collaborative design workshops to map the implementation process, design a learning toolkit, and create a structured learning path.
-
Content curation and optimisation- reviewing and updating existing content to minimise new development costs while ensuring relevance and clarity.
-
Gap analysis and new collateral development in partnership with subject matter experts to address what was missing.
-
A comprehensive toolkit of tools and templates for partners to use at each stage of the implementation process.
-
A structured learning path that aligned instructional content with the toolkit, giving partners clear, actionable guidance at every step.

The result was a scalable framework: a blueprint that could be replicated across all remaining modules.
The outcome
The pilot delivered a fully mapped partner implementation process for the first time, along with identification of 10 process improvement opportunities and a dedicated partner learning hub housing the toolkit and learning path in one accessible location.
Critically, it was delivered cost-effectively by leveraging existing resources and internal subject matter experts.

"When we came to Learnopolis, we had an overwhelming amount of disjointed, disparate material and no clear starting point. We lacked both the direction and the expertise to develop a sound and logical learning experience. Nicola and Jen stepped in and transformed that chaos into a well-planned, thoughtful, and meaningful end-to-end onboarding journey for our partners. Their guidance, insight, and structured approach made all the difference."
