What we’ve confirmed about creating learning that works.

FY25 was a standout year at Learnopolis. We grew by 64% - and not just in scale. We deepened our impact, expanded our reach, and saw powerful confirmation of what we’ve always believed: learning only works when it leads to real, measurable change.

Across government agencies and corporate clients, from refreshing outdated training to building custom digital learning from scratch, we’ve been deep in the business of learning that sticks. And in the spirit of sharing (and celebrating), I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what really worked, and what your organisation can take away from it.

1. Learning that starts with the real-world lands better

No surprise here: learning that mirrors real-life challenges gets the best results. When learners recognise themselves in scenarios or problems, they lean in. Whether we were helping teams build relationships or navigate compliance, success came from grounding content in context. Not hypotheticals; the real, messy, people-filled world of work.

2. Repurposing isn’t cutting corners, it’s smart

This year, we worked with several teams to breathe life back into existing content. Repurposing doesn’t mean settling. It means being resourceful. By updating visuals, reworking formats, curating existing content, and aligning old modules to new goals, we helped organisations turn “what we already have” into “exactly what our people need right now”.

3. There is a clear need for custom

One-size-fits-all doesn’t always cut it. Our most impactful work came from partnering with teams to build learning that was purpose-built for them. Whether it was tailored eLearns, role-specific journeys or blended programs that combined digital with facilitation, customisation led to higher engagement, better retention and more confident application on the job.

4. Blended beats one-and-done

Online only or face-to-face only delivery methods aren’t always the best solution. This year, we helped organisations blend digital, live and action-based learning to create longer-lasting impact. Combining online content with facilitated sessions and practical takeaways ensured that learning wasn’t just consumed, it was used

5. Little nudges make a big difference

We’ve always believed that learning shouldn’t end when the module does. A well-timed reminder, a practical tip, or a bite-sized follow-up can do wonders for embedding learning. Whether through learning-to-action plans or workplace prompts, small nudges helped learners transfer knowledge into action.

What does this mean for you?

If you’re looking at your learning programs and thinking, “Is this actually working?”, we should talk! Whether you need to build something new, refresh what you’ve got, or roll out something ready-to-go, we can help.

Let’s make learning that delivers. Get in touch to see how we can support your FY26 goals.
