When Interflow launched a new infrastructure project at a major water facility in Sydney, they needed an onboarding experience that was clear, relevant, and respected people’s time - without compromising safety or compliance.
We partnered with Interflow to design their online induction for this project, to be deployed to all subcontractors and new employees.
We streamlined and rationalised existing induction content to cut down completion time, without losing impact.
We designed a brand-new module on right of entry to support compliance and site leadership.
We enhanced the learning experience - making it more visually engaging, interactive and easier to navigate for busy field teams.
We aligned every module to Interflow’s values, safety culture and project context, making it relevant from day one.
The result? A tighter, clearer, more engaging induction experience that sets people up to contribute confidently and safely from the get-go.
