People win over AI

2025 was the year everyone talked about AI. But what we noticed, again and again, was people.

People navigating change.

People learning new skills.

People asking better questions, listening more deeply, and trying different approaches... often under pressure.

Across the conversations we’ve had this year, a few themes kept surfacing:

  • Human skills matter more than ever. EQ, curiosity, creativity and adaptability weren’t “nice to have”, they were essential.

  • Learning landed best when it was simple and real.  Grounded in day-to-day challenges, not theory.

  • Co-creation worked. When learners, leaders and SMEs shaped solutions together, the results stuck.

  • Small nudges helped.  Follow-ups, learning actions and little reminders quietly did a lot of heavy lifting.

None of this is flashy. But it is meaningful.

As we close out the year, we are grateful for the teams who’ve let us into their world of work, and for the ongoing reminder that learning is ultimately about how people think, feel and show up differently.
