Meet the Co-Founders: Nicola

Hi everyone, I’m Nicola and I’m excited to share Learnopolis, and our journey, with you!

After 13 years of experience in the finance sector, I decided to take the leap into my true vocation: learning and development. I have never looked back! I spent 7 years working in an in-house learning team, where I honed my skills in instructional design and digital learning development. This eventually led to the founding of Learnopolis with my amazing partner, Jen.

At Learnopolis, I am primarily responsible for the instructional design required for creating engaging and actionable interactive elearning modules, video-based learning and blended learning solutions. I strive to ensure that every training experience is impactful, for both the learner and the business.

I believe that effective learning solutions can drive businesses to achieve their goals and strategies, and my business background helps me to craft solutions that do just that.

I love the work that I do because it allows me to use my creativity in a way that was definitely not encouraged when I was an accountant! It also allows me to experiment with new tools and techniques, and be exposed to new topics and content, which allows me to continuously learn and grow alongside our clients.
