A good eLearning partnership isn't just about what gets built. It's about how you build it together.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve walked through the process Jen and I go through at Learnopolis; from that very first "where do we even start?", right through to navigating the review stage with your sanity intact.
But the thing that doesn't fit neatly into a process diagram is the relationship itself.
We've worked with government agencies, renewable energy companies, brewing manufacturers, and healthcare organisations. We've built modules on everything from financial governance to site inductions, enterprise risk management to respect at work. The topics couldn't be more different. The contexts couldn't be more varied.
And yet the same things make every project work well.
Clients who bring us into the problem early, not just the brief. People who trust us to push back when something won't serve their learners. Teams who treat the storyboard review as a conversation, not a sign-off exercise.
And on our side … listening properly. Being genuinely curious about the world our clients work in. Staying humble enough to keep learning.
Every project teaches us something. Our very first project after founding Learnopolis was a workplace health and safety module, built collaboratively with a client who took a chance on a brand-new business. We delivered something we were proud of - and then immediately changed how we approach storyboarding because of what that project showed us. That's how it should work.
The best partnerships make both sides better.
If anything in this series has resonated, or if there's something about working with an eLearning partner that still feels unclear, we'd love to hear from you. Drop a comment or reach out directly.
We're always happy to talk.
Nicola
