The problem
This leading corporate client needed to reimagine a large learning program which was previously delivered as a 3-day, in-person workshop. Due to COVID lockdowns, the program was no longer able to be run. Furthermore, with a shift toward hybrid work and pressure on budgets, its delivery model had become costly and unsustainable. The organisation needed a way to retain the program’s impact while enabling broader participation, regardless of location.
Our solution
We converted the 3-day face-to-face program into a fully virtual, 8-week experience without compromising on interactivity or depth. The reimagined program included:
-
A welcome webinar to set expectations and build excitement
-
Six live virtual sessions led by experienced facilitators
-
Self-paced content to support flexibility
-
Small group learning groups to drive accountability and peer learning
-
An Adaptive Business Challenge project, culminating in a final group presentation to senior stakeholders

Cohorts of 30 participants were split into learning groups of five, encouraging connection and collaboration. Each group worked together in virtual breakout rooms and project teams, ensuring the practical application of key concepts. Activities were redesigned to suit a digital format, minimising Zoom fatigue while maintaining engagement.
The outcome
The virtual program was delivered to over 200 participants across four countries with zero travel cost, proving that world-class learning can thrive in a digital space. The response was overwhelmingly positive:
-
Net Promoter Score of 59%
-
Strong internal word-of-mouth led to teams outside the original audience opting in
-
Participants praised the facilitators and the seamless virtual experience
-
The program maintained its strategic impact while reaching more people, more flexibly
