The problem

At a leading Australian property platform, hiring responsibilities often fall to leaders across the business, many of whom step into the process infrequently. Without a clear understanding of their role, the role of Talent Management or the stages of talent acquisition, hiring decisions risked becoming inconsistent, misaligned and inefficient.

 

The Talent Management team recognised a critical opportunity: to empower hiring leaders with the knowledge they needed, exactly when they needed it.

Our solution

We created a series of short, engaging videos designed to demystify the hiring process. Featuring a friendly, animated talent team guide, each 2–4 minute video walked leaders through the key stages of hiring; clarifying responsibilities, outlining support available, and reinforcing best practices.​

Delivered via the company’s intranet and timed email prompts, the videos were made available at the exact moment leaders needed them, whether that was defining a role, shortlisting candidates, or making an offer. Using the client’s own branding and tone of voice, we ensured the learning felt familiar, relevant and integrated seamlessly into their internal experience.

The outcome

By delivering targeted support at each hiring milestone, the business saw improved collaboration between leaders and the Talent Management team, greater confidence in hiring decisions, and a more streamlined process overall. Hiring leaders reported feeling more confident and collaboration with the talent management team improved.
